Order Processing and Shipping
What does order processing look like with Everything Taylor?
After you order, there is a processing time that starts the following business day.
Below is the processing time for the specific items.
-T-Shirts: 5-7 Business Days
-Accessories: 5-7 Business Days
-Stickers: Ready to Ship
*If you order your a T-Shirt and a Sticker, the processing time will be 5-7 Business Days.
When your item is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping tracking number. Allowing you to track your package until it gets to you! If you used the code for pick up; you will receive an email with information to pick up.
**Please check your spam/junk mail, just in case**
When will my order ship?
After the processing time, and your order is ready to
ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number for shipping.
After your order has been shipped?
After your order has been scanned with the proper shipping company, Everything Taylor is no longer responsible for your order. If you have any questions following the scan, you will need to contact the proper shipping company for any additional information.
Does Everything Taylor offer Local Pick Up?
YES!
If you are local to Colorado Springs, CO--you can always choose to pick your
order up instead of shipping it!
Use Code: LOCALPICKUP at check out. It will remove
the shipping cost and notify me that you will be picking your order up instead!
How does Local Pick Up work?
When you use LOCALPICKUP at check out and opt to pick
your order up instead. Following the processing time, you will receive an email
with information for pick up.
You will have 2 days (48 hours) to pick up your
order. Following those 2 days (48 hours), you will be invoiced for shipping and
your order will be shipped.
General Questions
Does Everything Taylor accepted returns?
Unfortunately, due to every order being made to order, returns currently cannot be accepted.
Can I canceled my order?
Unfortunately, no.
Once an order is placed, I then turn around and order material in to complete the order and cannot use the order for others as it was specific to the one.
Is there a size chart for shirts?
Everything Taylor is in the process of making a size chart for each brand offered. Stay tuned.
